It is very important that you read this document to get the most from the conference.

Car parking

The hotel does not have a car park, but there are many close by, including some lower-cost open air behind the station or the secure underground Q-Park Piccadilly Place, Whitworth Street, Manchester M1 3BS is £40 to £45

Sunday Networking  casual

Conference either smart casual or dress that you ordinarily wear in the office.

40th Birthday Gala Dinner smart wear, please.

Arrival times

and what to expect on Sunday. Hotel check-in is from 15.00

Sunday BACH Check in from 15.00 to 17.00 will be in the City & Guilds Sponsored Members Lounge & Conference Office next to the Hacienda Suite. Your delegate pack and badge will be ready for collection at the above times. Your badge can also be collected at the start of the evening event, but collect your Conference folder on Monday morning.

The bar will be set up for Networking.

Badges

Our email shows your badge information; please let us know by 5 March if you wish to amend it.

We ask you to wear your badge at all events except the Gala Dinner. 

You will need it on Sunday evening to get your free drinks.  

Fitness & Recreation

The right workout (or a few stretches) helps you stay focused, energised and on top of your game. Fitness centre is open 06:30 to 22:00 daily

Equipment: Free Weights, Rower, Stair Stepper, Stationary Bicycle, Treadmill
