Overview of the new Plumbing & Domestic Heating Apprenticeship.
BACH is aware of the views of some Members that an Apprenticeship that does not contain Gas is required and Level 2 is the appropriate level for Bathroom and Kitchen fitters. This is your opportunity to question why your views were not accepted and raise other issues or request clarification.
The benefits of our resource package:
1. A Scheme of Work for each Phase.
2. Learner workbooks containing study notes, diagrams, drawings etc. and underpinning knowledge questions, which link to all of the Learning Outcomes and Assessment Criteria for each phase.
3. Comprehensive, detailed PowerPoint Presentations directly linked to the workbooks to ensure consistent standardised delivery.
4. Practical Task manuals directly linked to the Health & Safety, Common Processes and Systems Modules.
5. A standardised approach to teaching and learning across your delivery team allowing continuity of delivery where staff changes may occur.
6. All the learning outcomes and assessment criteria are covered.
7. Resources can be used with any of the Awarding Organisations qualifications.
8. Lecturers will not be required to develop any additional resources.
9. Additional textbooks are not required, due to the extensive information contained in the learner workbooks.
10. Inexperienced lecturers will be supported by the extensive knowledge and technical information contained within the package.
